There were two premieres at the concert of chamber - orchestral music in Krasnoyarsk
On July, 1 within the III Krasnoyarsk International Music Festival of Asian-Pacific region in the Maly Concert Hall of the Krasnoyarsk Philharmonic Society there was held a concert of chamber and orchestral music.
The Krasnoyarsk Municipal Chamber Orchestra conducted by a Japanese conductor and composer Yoichi Sugiyama performed Symphony № 5 by F. Schubert and Aria of Norma «Casta Diva» from the opera "Norma" by V. Bellini with a soloist Elisa Cho from Korea (soprano).
In the program there sounded two premieres: a composition by Yeshi Sugiyama "Arabesques" and Concerto for Koto and the Strings "Voices of Fantastic Flame" by Akira Nishimura. This work has been played by already well-known to the Krasnoyarsk audience a koto performer Yoshimura Nanae (Japan). Now many contemporary Japanese composers write music specifically for Nanae.
The Chamber Orchestra also performed works by one of the most famous Japanese composers of the 20th century Toru Takemitsu and completed the concert with Aria of Fiordiligi «Come scoglio immoto resta ...» from the opera "Così fan tutte" by W. A.Mozart.
