The concert program “The Master and Margarita meets JAZZ” performed by "Youth Big Band" had its world premiere in the Krasnoyarsk Youth Theatre. This is a special project of the IV International Music Festival of the Asia-Pacific region.
The participants of “The Youth Big Band” are students and teachers of the Krasnoyarsk College of Arts named after P.I. Ivanov-Radkevich and the jazz band from the United States of America «The 13th Amendment?».
The author of the project is a musician, a composer and Cultural Ambassador to the U.S. State Department LaFrae Sci.  She also composed the music on the themes of Mikhail Bulgakov's novel "Master and Margarita".
The concert program consisted of jazz compositions illustrating some chapters and images of the famous work by Mikhail Bulgakov. Small fragments from the novel "Master and Margarita", which sounded in Russian and English languages, united the program in a single musical performance.
Admirers of the creation of Mikhail Bulgakov and jazz music can appreciate the project of LaFrae Sci at the second  Festival show of “The Master and Margarita meets JAZZ” on June, 29 in the Krasnoyarsk Youth Theater.
Detailed information about the time and venues of the festival can be found on www.apfest.com.
IV International Music Festival of the Asia-Pacific region will last until July, 4.
